Return & Refund Policy

At LIGLITE, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for return.


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@liglite.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will provide the return instructions and the correct return address (please do not send items to the address on the packaging).


Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error — such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost as arranged with our team.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons. These include (but are not limited to) personalized products or used candles. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before making your return.


Refund Delays or Issues
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your PayPal account to confirm the refund has been issued.
  • If PayPal shows the refund has been transferred, please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to officially post it — this may take several business days.
  • Still not seeing it? Contact us at contact@liglite.com, and we’ll assist you further.

Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund.
