Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the parcel may return to us. Contact support for re-dispatch assistance.

You can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided they're in their original condition and packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos or videos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Please contact our support team before returning any item, as we'll provide return instructions and, in some cases, may not require the item to be sent back.

Yes, most Liglite fixtures are compatible with false ceilings. Please ensure installation by a professional.
