Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are packed for dispatch. Please contact support immediately at ligliteofficial@gmail.com.
Shipping is free on most orders unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Estimated delivery times: 3 to 4 weeks, You will receive tracking details once the package ships.
You will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched. You may also use the Track My Order link in our footer.
Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the parcel may return to us. Contact support for re-dispatch assistance.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is received damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must: Notify us within 10 days of delivery. Provide clear photo or video proof of the damage via email to ligliteofficial@gmail.com Once we receive your evidence, our team will assess the situation and guide you through the next steps for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

For incorrect items sent by us, Liglite covers return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
Installation & Product Use
We recommend installation by a licensed electrician to ensure safety and warranty validity.
Integrated LED fixtures: LED built-in Non-integrated fixtures: Bulbs not included unless stated.
Many models are dimmable, depending on bulb type, driver, and wiring setup. Check the product page for “Dimmable: Yes/No”.
Yes, most Liglite fixtures are compatible with false ceilings. Please ensure installation by a professional.

Integrated LEDs are built into the fixture. They offer long lifespan, high efficiency, and do not require bulb replacements.
