Understanding Tracking Status Updates

Common statuses you may see:

  • Order Confirmed – We received your order.

  • Shipped / Dispatched – Package handed to the courier.

  • In Transit – On the way to your city.

  • Out for Delivery – Courier will attempt delivery today.

  • Delivered – Order successfully delivered.

Not Seeing Any Updates?

Tracking updates may be delayed when:

  • Courier hasn’t scanned the package yet

  • Package is in transit between hubs

  • Bad weather / local delays

  • High-volume seasons
