Non-Returnable Situations

To initiate a claim:

Please include:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

Important:
Do not return any item without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • We will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

  • Claims submitted after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving a claim
  • Items must not be discarded until the claim process is complete
