1. RETURNS & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns and refund claims for items that arrive damaged or defective only. We recommend reviewing all product details, specifications, and dimensions carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or design preference.
To be eligible:
Minor variations in appearance that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR CLAIM
We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Important: Do not return any item without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible except where required by law.
EU customers: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, with no obligation to explain. Use the "Withdraw from contract" button on our website or email us directly. This right is provided under EU Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by EU Directive 2023/2673. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancelling in unused condition, and refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your item. Please note that for lighting products, the withdrawal right does not apply to items that have been installed, used, or where the sealed packaging has been opened in a way that affects resaleability.
