This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with Liglite.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. SHIPPING FEES

We offer free worldwide shipping on all Liglite products, with no minimum order value.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, inspect, and securely package your order before dispatch.

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • Processing may take longer during peak periods, holidays, or high demand

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Shipping begins after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Estimated delivery times vary based on product type:

  • Smaller lighting items (e.g., desk lamps, wall lights, LED décor): 2–3 weeks
  • Larger lighting items (e.g., chandeliers, pendant lights, floor lamps): 4–5 weeks

Orders may be shipped from multiple domestic or international warehouses depending on availability.


4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Your order may arrive in separate packages if:

  • Items are stored in different warehouses
  • Products are shipped in parts or components
  • Certain items are ready earlier than others

We ship items as soon as they are available to reduce overall delivery time.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number or link via email
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or a supported tracking platform.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment stages

We will attempt to accommodate late cancellation requests, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy, which applies only to damaged or defective items.


7. DELAYS, LOST OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

All orders include tracking and are monitored.

If your shipment is:

  • Delayed
  • Held at customs
  • Returned to sender
  • Lost in transit

We will review the case and:

  • Reship the item (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund once the shipment is officially confirmed lost

Please note:
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions.


8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes.

Depending on your location, you may be required to pay:

  • VAT (Value Added Tax)
  • Import duties
  • Customs handling fees

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Liglite is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional charges imposed by your country

9. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


10. GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand
  • Global supply chain disruptions
  • Local courier issues

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
